Delivery

We will do our best to process the orders and e-mails on the day of ordering, however we are a small shop so please take into account that shipping could potentially take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Estimated Delivery
Netherlands: 1-5 Working Days
Europe: 1-10 Working Days
Other Countries: 10-15 Working Days

Potential charges

Potential charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs, such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are typically associated with the country of delivery. As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for these charges.

Returns
If the item is unused and in the same condition as received, it can be returned within 14 days from the date you have received it. Please e-mail shop@ivobrouwer.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. The initial shipping costs paid when buying the item are not refundable.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund within two weeks to your used method of payment. 

Damaged products

The products are shipped in heavy card board boxes or envelopes. We can not be held responsible for damages caused during transportation. All complaints concerning packages damaged during transportation must be made to the representative of the company delivering the package at the moment you receive your order.

About
Ivo Brouwer is a type and graphic artist based in The Hague. His work compiles of experimental type, calligraphy and graphic patterns. He holds a Master‘s degree in Type Design from KABK Royal Academy of Arts The Hague. In 2022, he received a fund for Talent Development by the Creative Industries Fund NL. Next to being an independent artist and designer, he is a teacher at the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht and part of the artist collective High on Type.
